15 Minute Outer Thighs
Let's work on shaping and toning those outer thighs with targeted exercises that will make your legs look amazing. Find a comfortable space, grab your resistance bands, and let's get to work on those outer thighs!
Equipment:
- Yoga mat
- Resistance bands
- Light weights (optional)
Workout:
- Side-Lying Leg Lifts
- Reps: 15 per side
- Equipment: Resistance band (optional)
- Instructions: Lie on your side with legs straight. Lift your top leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight, then lower back down.
- Curtsy Lunges
- Reps: 15 per side
- Equipment: Light weights (optional)
- Instructions: Stand tall, step one foot back and across behind the other leg, lowering into a lunge. Return to standing.
- Clamshells
- Reps: 15 per side
- Equipment: Resistance band (optional)
- Instructions: Lie on your side with knees bent and feet together. Lift your top knee towards the ceiling, keeping feet together, then lower back down.
- Side Step Squats
- Reps: 20
- Equipment: Resistance band (optional)
- Instructions: Stand with feet hip-width apart, step one foot to the side, and lower into a squat. Return to standing and repeat on the other side.
- Standing Leg Abductions
- Reps: 15 per side
- Equipment: Resistance band (optional)
- Instructions: Stand tall with feet together. Lift one leg out to the side, keeping it straight, then lower back down.
